GallBladder Screening

Gallbladder ultrasound is performed to evaluate the cause of abdominal pain which could be caused by gallstones, inflammation of the gallbladder, or obstruction of the bile ducts​.

Liver Screening

Most liver diseases have only mild symptoms initially, but it is vital that these diseases be detected early. An ultrasound of your liver will detect the beginning stages of liver disease.

Kidney Screening

An ultrasound of your kidneys finds abnormalities in appearance and kidney stones.

Thyroid Screening

It is estimated that 27 million Americans have thyroid disease and over half are undiagnosed. Thyroid screenings allow us to see thyroid gland and detect any changes in thyroid tissue or size.  Left undetected, thyroid abnormalities may  lead to metabolic dysfunction such as weight gain or loss among other symptoms.

Upper Extremity  Venous Duplex ultrasound 

(to rule out DVT) Indications include pain, swelling, erythema

Lower extremity reflux exams

(to assess varicose veins & leaky valves)

                                                                                            Complete Carotid Ultrasound  

Indications include syncope, dizziness, visual disturbance, unilateral weakness or paresthesia

                                       

Renal artery assessment 

to check blood circulation to the kidneys.  Indications include uncontrolled high blood pressure

Prices for our diagnostic exams include the scan, and professional interpretation from a board-certified radiologist or vascular surgeon.
